Southwest Metro League implemented a rule change for skilled position players.

"A player cannot play a skilled position on both offenses. [Offense is defined as 1st and 2nd half, or 2 quarters (1st & 3rd vs 2nd & 4th] A skill position is defined as QB,TE,WR, FB, RB (including wingback).  For example, a player cannot play QB on one offense and RB on the other offense. A player can play a non-skilled position on either offense."
