The Black team for 8th grade won against Eden Prairie - Orange in the 4th quarter after a very tough game. The 4th quarter began with the game tied. Shakopee managed a safety to win the game.
Everyone should be sure to send Josh Theis well wishes as he broke his collarbone during this game.
Shakopee 8th grade Black will play at Chaska Saturday the 24th with a 12:00 kickoff.
Shakopee 8th grade Black won against Chaska Purple Saturday 23 to 0. Great game players. Thank you to the coaches and volunteers for helping with the chains.
You can see the Black team play Tuesday the 20th at the Eden Prairie Dome-Turf Field with 7:30 kickoff. The players will be meeting at the Shakopee Middle School to leave at 6:00 PM to caravan to the field.

Shakopee 8th Grade Tournament Team took 1st place!

Quite a few members of the Black team represented Shakopee this weekend in Big Lake. The 8th grade team went undefeated playing 4 games. The championship game was Sunday afternoon against the Knights of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Shakopee won 34 to 13!
The 7th grade tournament team placed 3rd!
